We require a 24 hour cancelation notice. If event is canceled the day of the event the deposit is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Deposit is refundable if rescheduled within the allotted time frame.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your event date, location, equipment, or guest count.
No. Customers should not move canopies, inflatables, tables, or other large rental equipment after setup.
Moving equipment can damage it or create a safety hazard. Contact us if you believe something needs to be repositioned.
Customer safety comes first. Inflatable equipment should not be used during rain, lightning, strong winds, or other unsafe weather conditions.
Canopies also have weather and wind limitations. Sidewalls do not make a canopy completely waterproof or safe during severe weather.
Our cancellation and weather policy is your deposit will be returned if we deem it to be unsafe conditions. Or if it is just a single item such as a canopy we will discount the price of the canopy.
