Bobo and Bia’s Party Rental’s Agreement:

Bobo and Bia's Party Rentals is not responsible for any injury occurring

while rental of the jumper is in progress

SAFETY FIRST! CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE
FOR THE SAFETY OF GUESTS

SAFETY RULES:

The safety of your children and guests is always first,

Lessee agrees to follow and inform participants of the following rules.

An adult must be present at all times
Children 8 and younger (8 max), 9-12 yrs old (6 max)| 13 -17 yrs old (4 max) or 2 adults, for a dry jumper. Water jumpers should not exceed more than 5 max at any time.
c) If the unit is an inflatable wet or dry, participants shall not jump from the platform on
Sliding area and should not climb up the slide.
d) All participants must remove shoes, glasses, watches, jewelry, and any other sharp objects before entering the unit.
e) Wrestling, pushing, flips or rough housing of any kind is not allowed in jumper units.
f) Absolutely no food, drinks, silly string, confetti, cigarettes, or other substances
are allowed in the unit, it is the Lessee’s responsibility to keep the unit clean and free
from any type of debris.
g) The unit shall not be removed from the location of installation.
h) Do not allow participants to hold on to netting while jumping or to jump against the
Corners of the unit.
i) If the unit begins to deflate, assist all participants in exiting the unit in a calm manner. After all participants have exited the unit check to see if any cords have become unplugged. If the circuit breaker has tripped, or simply the blower was accidentally turned off. Contact the lessor if you cannot get the unit inflated. Lessee agrees to keep
j) Weather Conditions: In the event of inclement weather (rain, wind, etc) the bounce house must be deflated and covered
Bobo and Bia’s Party Rentals unit in the same condition as when it was received.

The Lessee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Damage, Cancelation and Refund Policy

Damage/Loss: The Lessee is responsible for the equipment from the time it is rented out until it is returned,

and that they will be charged for any loss, theft, or damage, regardless of fault

Cancellation/Refund: In the event that lessee needs to cancel, lessee is required to notify Bobo and Bia’s Party Rentals with a 48 hours notice. If lessee cancels after said period the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Weather Related Cancellation: In the event of severe weather, such as heavy rain, or high winds exceeding 25 mph Bobo and Bia’s Party rentals reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the equipment that poses the safety risk due to the weather, with a full refund of that item.
